  • 1 splash Soda water
  • 1 Orange slice
  • Ice Cubed or crushed

  1. Fill the glass - Add plenty of ice to a large wine glass.
    2 Pour Aperol - Add 3 oz Aperol over the ice.
    3 Add Prosecco - Gently pour in 3 oz chilled Prosecco.
    4 Top with soda - Finish with a splash of soda water for a lift.
    5 Garnish - Slide in a fresh orange slice to bring out the citrus notes.
