Share Your Recipe and Story

By submitting this recipe, story, or other materials (“submission”) to Stirring Memories, I represent that I have the right to submit the materials and grant permission for their use.

I grant Stirring Memories and its owners, affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sub licensable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, excerpt, combine with other material, create derivative works from, and otherwise use my submission, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed.

This permission includes, without limitation, use in websites, social media, videos, cooking shows, podcasts, advertisements, promotional materials, newsletters, printed and digital publications, cookbooks, merchandise, and other Stirring Memories content or products.

I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, fees, or other compensation for the use of my submission and that Stirring Memories is not obligated to publish or use my submission.

I understand that Stirring Memories may edit my submission for spelling, grammar, clarity, length, formatting, presentation, or production purposes while preserving the general spirit of the recipe and story.

I represent that, to the best of my knowledge, my submission is my own material or that I have permission to submit and authorize the use of any material belonging to another person.

• I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• I give Stirring Memories permission to identify me by my name in connection with my recipe and story.
